Stakeholder engagement
The TCM Group met with selected groups to communicate their findings back to them either through meetings or the condensed version of the 5D review report.
TCM's Consultant Partner Ade Adeniji has been hosting 'Lunch and Learns' on different topics for leaders on building influencing and negotiation skills and transforming conflict at work and home. These will run until December 2023 to maximise engagement with and awareness of the framework.
A modular approach
To implement the framework, organisations work through a modular approach. This consists of ten modules that ensure the framework is robust, well-communicated and thoroughly embedded. These span from setting up the Resolution Centre, Resolution Champions to testing the framework within the organisation. During the modular approach, regular "communication milestones" are reached to check progress and feedback.
Training
As part of the transition to a Resolution Framework™️, the BBC team have received various trainings to equip colleagues with key skills and techniques when managing conflict. These include some of TCM's flagship resolution courses, but tailored and customised to BBC's unique organisational needs and structure: Routes to Resolution, Resolution Champions, and Quality Conversations.
